The Geezers Palace Logos are the trademarks of XS NRG Sportsware. With the exception of zero rated items all the prices shown include 15.0% VAT. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice, typographic, photographic and descriptive errors are subject to corrections. We reserve the right to add or withdraw any item without prior notice.
Customers agree to pay the total price including VAT, postage and packing costs as specified at the time of purchase. Should an ordered item not be available we will contact you by telephone or email to advise you when your chosen product is likely to be in stock, in that case if the revised estimated delivery time is unacceptable you have the option to cancel your order.
Security
Geezerspalace.co.uk uses WorldPay as a payment processor ensuring that your personal details are protected against fraudulent use. Credit card details are not retained in clear text on any website.

UK Shipping
Postage and packing is charged by weight and is automatically calculated by the shopping cart software
Orders up to 0.33kg postage & packaging: £2.50
Orders between 0.33kg and 2kg postage & packaging is charged at £5.00
Orders between 2kg and 20kg postage & packaging is charged at £8.95
Orders over 20kg postage & packaging is charged at £8.95 + 30p per kg
Goods will be despatched on receipt of your order and dependant on the service we use will reach you within 7 days
Should you require a next day delivery please call 0844 8000655 with your requirements.
Please check deliveries are not damaged and packages are not split when signing from the courier, if they are please sign for them damaged and contact us if there is a shortage or the goods are damaged: 0844 8000655. Ensure that you are signing for the correct amount of parcels and that none are missing - only sign for the amount you are taking in. Unfortunately if parcels are damaged or missing and have been signed for we will be unable to replace the items concerned.
International Shipping Policy
Geezers Palace does ship to addreses outside the UK. To obtain a free quote or to order either email us in advance for a quote or simply order your item using our shopping cart and select your country, products added to your cart will show our standard UK shipping price, proceed with the order including payment and then call us on (+44) 0844 8000655. Should the shipping quote we give you be unacceptable you will be under no obligation to proceed with the order.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled by phone: 0844 8000655 providing despatch has not occurred.
Undeliverable Goods
It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address you provide when your order is delivered to sign. If subsequently, your order is returned to us by the carrier because they couldn't deliver the goods or because you didnt contact them to re-arrange the delivery or collect your order from their offices when carded, you will be required to pay the original shipping cost and incurred by us. If you choose to cancel your order rather than have it delivered a second time, you will receive a full refund less carriage and return carriage charges incurred by us. This also applies if the delivery address you supplied was incorrect or incomplete delivery, which resulted in return of an order by the carrier.

Non Faulty Returns and Exchanges
Please contact us at first instance by phone: 0844 8000655. Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Geezerspalace.co.uk reserve the right to refuse to refund the goods subject to the goods being of non resalable quality. Refunds will be for the value of the goods and will not include the cost of postage and packing. All costs of returning the goods must be borne by the customer and we accept no liability for goods damaged or lost whilst in transit from the customer to Geezers Palace. For you protection we would advise you to send returned goods back via a secure delivery service with adequate insurance. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty Returns
Please contact us at first instance by phone: 0844 8000655. On proven faulty goods Geezers Palace will credit the cost of sending the goods back to the customer. The customer can specify whether or not they require a refund or exchange. For your protection we suggest you send the goods back via a secure delivery service with adequate insurance, please include the receipt for the cost if you require the postage costs incurred. All products we advertise are hand selected because of their quality, if you are unhappy with the quality or performance of as product, please email us on geezersales@btinternet.com. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Use of equipment
Please note that fitness equipment must at all times be used in accordance with the manufacturers instructions. Please consult your Doctor if you have any doubt as to the suitability of the exercise you are undertaking. Any items with manufacturers warranty, is passed on to the customer. Geezers Palace has no control over the terms of the warranty and would advise you the customer to complete any necessary documentation as specified by the manufacturer. Any guarantees and warranties offered are in addition to the consumers statutory rights. We recommend that before undertaking a new fitness regime to consult your doctor.
General
Geezers Palace will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website resulting from unauthorized access or alteration of your transmission or data in circumstances which are beyond our control. Geezerspalace.co.uk provide links to sites that we feel will be of interest to you the consumer. We do not however have any responsibility for the content of that site or any grievance that you may subsequently have over goods or services provided from that company. Delivery times can not be guaranteed and Geezers Palace can not be held responsible for 3rd party deliveries.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by our terms and condition policy.
